The Yellow Door Catering Company has a dedicated team of enthusiastic professionals, totally committed to making your event or wedding an exceptionally memorable and enjoyable one.
We have years of experience of working with marquee companies and historic properties both in Ireland and abroad. This, combined with our passion for food, will allow you to simply sit back and enjoy your wedding or event.
We endeavour to create the perfect day by using fully trained staff, every one of which has been briefed by our onsite management team on every detail of each event. Every client is treated as an individual and deserves absolute attention to detail.
Our approach to food is fresh, innovative and knowledgeable. For us producing great food is not just a job, it’s a way of life.
We believe the only way to ensure the very highest standard is to produce all of the food ourselves. We employ bakers to make our own bread, highly skilled patisserie chefs to produce all our ice cream, cakes and desserts and a team of professional chefs to prepare all of our savoury food.
We love to cure, brine, pickle and smoke so that our food offering is always bespoke.
Whenever possible we use free range, organic and quality assured produce, craft brewers, native beef breeds and artisan producers.
We have taken our sustainable sourcing policy a step further and increasingly over the last 10 years have been growing most of our own herbs, salad leaves, edible flowers and micro leaves. We have developed our own orchard and vegetable garden and even keep our own bees.
