We seek to recruit enthusiastic motivated individuals to join our progressive team. The working hours of the successful candidate will be mainly within the café opening times which at present are Wednesday to Sunday 10am to 4.00pm. However, flexibility is essential from candidates as we occasionally cater for onsite events outside of normal café hours. About The Role

We are currently looking for an energetic team leader to head up our enthusiastic front of house team. The suitable candidate will have daily responsibility for the effective leadership of our food and beverage team to ensure the efficient operation of all elements of cafe and event service to a high standard whilst maintaining our great working environment.

The working week will consist of five straight day time shifts (except when occasional evening events occur).

The sutitable candidate will be required to ensure continued training takes place within their team in all aspects of customer service relevant to their job. Management duties relevant to their job role include managing rotas, ordering of stock, retail, uniforms and packaging, running promotions, dealing with customer feedback and working closely with the site operator.

Essential criteria:

The suitable candidate should have 2 years previous experience in a hospitality environment



Banqueting experience, wine knowledge, formal hospitality qualifications

Barista training

Familiar with EPOS operation and and programming

Renumeration for the suitable candidate can be agreed on an annual salary amount or paid hourly basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
