Provenance and integrity
We can only produce great food with fantastic ingredients. Provenance and integrity of our food has always been at the core of our beliefs, so we bake our own bread, cakes and patisserie and have a network of fantastic local and artisan suppliers who we have been working with for many years.
It makes sense to us to source food this way, supporting our incredibly important Agri-Food sector and artisan producers, ensuring that the money we spend is kept within the local economy. We believe that the return in terms of reducing food miles, improved traceability, flavour, authenticity and outstanding quality that we offer our customers is worth it.
As our business is diverse in terms of cafes, delis, outside catering and our wholesale bakery, we may not have every supplier listed in every place or at every event. However, below is a list of our core suppliers and “go-to” producers, as well as products which we love to retail if we have the space.
